We offer the following busines models. We are flexible to adapt to specific customer requirements to follow the best approach.

Fixed Price Model:
Here, we render our services based on a Fixed Price that we quotes while submitting our Proposal to you. This model is suitable for projects where your requirements are clearly defined. The Fixed Price includes all technical fees that we may charge towards delivering the project. Travel and incidental expenses (if any) are charged as per actual, subject to your pre-approval.
Time and Material Model:
Here, you utilize ourresources and skills and pay us a pre-agreed hourly rate. Thus, you have the flexibility to balance your workload, based on your actual requirement and budget position. This model may be applied to all of our Engagement options.
Hybrid model:
Here, you have the flexibility to choose Fixed Price option for one part of the project and Time & Material option for the other part of the same project. For example, Requirements analysis may be done on a Time and Material basis while Design, Development and Testing may be done on a Fixed Price basis.
